So for the last few months I have been doing ashtunga yoga (Just the A series) and I'd like to be able to work on my practice from home - anyone know of a good ashtunga DVD? I am scared to buy one without anyones advice first....

Do you belong to Netflix? I like to rent yoga dvds through them, first.

I have been wanting to try pilates or yoga. I danced competitively for 10 years until I was a teen. I think yoga/pilates would be a good core workout. I am looking into buying a Wii and EA Personal Trainer too! =D I have heard it's pretty amazing!

It's not ashtunga, but I have a vinyasa DVD that I like a lot. If you're interested, it's called Baron Baptise Live. It shows real normal people doing yoga instead of all the perfect body actresses you see in most workout videos.

We have Comcast and I am always checking out the yoga programs on the 'On Demand' fitness stations as well - they change constantly so that keeps it interesting. Plus they are free!
