Does anyone know if large retailers/websites are pre-releasing their Black Friday flyers this year? Where can I find this info?

I just did a quick Google search for "Black Friday ads 2009" and got tons of hits. Maybe search for the specific retailer you're interested in?

I've also seen a page on Facebook devoted to this. You would become a fan of blackfriday.info - Black Friday ads, looks like they've got some contests and ways to win free stuff.

And obviously, there's http://www.blackfriday.info, the namesake of the Facebook page.

I usually find out what Best Buy is going to have, but never real specifics and it's usually my dad telling me over Thanksgiving dinner. Because he has to go be at some store at 4 AM the next day, to hand out tickets for laptops and whatnot.

A lot of stuff does come up in Google but there isn't much content once I start clicking through the link. Either it's too early or stores don't want to reveal anything in advance.

Is there to find out if the deals in the circular will also be available online but in-store only?

We used to live within walking distance from a Best Buy in Chicago. It was far too cold to wait in line for anything, but I did snag the SATC collection late in the afternoon for $99. It was hidden way back on the bottom shelf of one of those temporary cardboard shelving jobbies. *taking a bow*

And now we live across the street from a mall. I guess that's where I'll be this year!

What's the coolest thing you've ever snagged on Black Friday?
