  • Dress help for TONIGHT

Winter ball, AKA med school prom is tonight. I really only have two dresses to choose from... which should I wear?

    OR

I am leaning toward the first one because although the second one fits better, I think the first one may look more flattering?
And if the first one looks familiar its because Chrisada posted a link to it a few weeks ago (hope you don't mind).....

I like number 2 because it's more 'wintery'. But I have little fashion sense so I will defer to the group.

I also laughed because I selected my dress for med school prom at 5 PM the night we went. And I just pulled a black dress out of the closet. Sounds like you're in a similar boat!

Okay I found a few more in the BACK of my closet, but I don't think I dare wear champagne color when my skin is so pasty... but here is another option....

Its old, but its LONG which may be more appropriate for winter

I like the 3rd one and think it fits you best - have fun!

#3 has my vote as well. Have fun!

Hmm...I think #3 is the most appropriate, but I like #1 best (I thought it looked familiar)

Marissa, is that lace dress the one I posted about from Newport News? I like the third on you best!

The other girls I have spoken to are wearing short... does that change anyone's opinion?

I am so stinking slow. I need to order it today! It's cute, I'm glad I got to see it on you!! I just love the long one on you for the winter. It's very flattering.

I like the third one best, too. The second one is my second choice. The first one is very pretty, but it doesn't seem as formal. I don't think DH's school had a "prom" (or if it did, he wasn't interested enough to tell me about it), so I'm not sure how dressy they usually are.

If UTSW did, J didn't tell me either. So I am thinking not.

I have no fashion sense, but I say, whatever you feel the prettiest in! I like them all, so being comfortable and good about yourself is what is important. (yes I know, I am not helpful at all)

If most are wearing short dresses I vote for #2.
