I've been using it for a while. But only because my friend is a stylist and I get it at cost. Lol. It's great stuff!!!

I'll have to try it. I guarantee you my hair is even curlier and coarser than yours. I've been using Vatika oil from the Indian store. I'm also seriously considering a Brazilian Blowout for the summer. My mom has one and loves it. I like that it releases the curls for a few months and is not permanent or damaging.

I'll have to try it. I got a Brazilian Keratin treatment, and my hair is less curly, but the results aren't exactly what I was hoping for. I'm a little disappointed.

          Why were you disappointed?
I guess it's supposed to just loosen the curl some. But the big thing is that it makes it super easy and quick to straighten and keeps the frizz away. It's also so expensive, which is why I'm just getting it for the summer.

I guess I was hoping for it to take a little more of the curl out. It's still really quite curly. It does take less time to straighten, and I do have less frizz, so I guess I should be happy. I was hoping for a little more wash n' go. It is expensive, but way less than Japanese thermal straightening. I've heard it can last up to six months depending on how often you shampoo. Also, you should use sulfate free shampoo if you get it done.

Like what the moroccon oil does for my hair - not crazy about the scent though. It does not smell bad but i just prefer clean/citrusy type scents instead.
Finally - we are finished with training! Hello real world!!

Yea the smell is not citrus but more sensual or earthy. I would recommend someone to get the Keratin Complex treatment. http://www.keratincomplex.com/smoothing-therapy.htm It is really good for your hair and has amazing results. I have done it on a few clients and they just love it!!! Takes the frizz out, so you can still wear it curly or straight, just much much more manageable. Plus makes your hair so shiny and adds protein back into it.

Where would one procure this Moroccan Oil?

Does it do anything for very fine straigth hair or can you recommend another product to boost volume. I'm thinkin Rogaine might do the trick.

For the Moroccan Oil or for the Straightening Complex?

Products I use on fine, thin hair are : Root Boost by TIGI, Pureology Volume by Pureology, Guts by Redken or the best I think is Nioxin. Here is the website. People love it and I am have many family members on it. http://www.nioxin.com/en/home.aspx You might think about having certain colors in your hair to make it look thicker. The best is having a lighter color (highlights, chunky or think) on top of the hair, this would add the look of thicker hair. Darker colors always look thicker, so if you add some highlights it gives the illusion of darker hair underneath, thus adding thickness.

It seems that Moroccan Oil is also available on Amazon, drugstore.com and a bunch of other websites. Wonder how those prices compare to the salon ones.
