embarrassing fashion question

Saturday night I went to a fancy pants party with DH. I couldn't determine whether the biker short spanx went over the pantyhose or under. What is the correct positioning. :embarrassed:

Of course, after I put both things on, I realized that the panty hose had a compression top, so the Spanx had to go for fear of compartment syndrome, but still, what would a fashionista do?

I don't wear stockings with spanx. Either go bare-legged with the spanx or wear the spanx/control-top pantyhose.

Yep, I'm with Mrsk -- Spanx alone or Spanx hose/tights.

I wear hose only under extreme circumstances (so rare I can't think of one) so I'm in the spanx and nekked leg category. But I live in south Texas where you either go w/ winter fun/funky tights (for six weeks out of the year) or nothing.

I live in Dallas. I don't do pantyhose. Or tights (unless it's one of the 20 freezing days of the year).
