I have been toiling over the same thing! I think I like dresses 1 and 5 the best. I can't decide how casual/formal to go for both of the events. Also trying to figure out the same for match day. That seems like it would be more casual - a sundress maybe?

I wore a skirt, sweater, and boots to Match Day - which was held at the Signature Room of the Hancock in Chicago. To actual graduation, I wore black dress pants and a dressier cardigan. It was wicked-cold for graduation. I would say that it really varies by school/location/etc. Could you contact a SO who graduated the year before? DH's school aslo had the official graduation pictures online, so I took a peek at those, too!

Hmmm I was just thinking of wearing jeans and a cute top for Match Day! They open their envelopes at an big (but I'm guessing informal) ceremony at the med school, have receptions all day, then a dinner at a bar that usually have live bands, so nothing fancy there. I'd totally wear a sundress if I lived in FL!

My BF is notorious for not telling me what's going on until the last minute, so maybe I should ask him to see if there's a dress code...
I'm just trying to make it out alive!

I came straight to the match day party from work, so I was just wearing normal work clothes. Probably depends on how much of a show the school makes of it (ours was not much of a show).

Graduation was outside and drizzly. I had a cute skirt and shirt, but it basically ended up under a jacket all day.

I really like the 2nd to last one! I'm not sure what to wear to Match (at school, outside), Graduation Dinner (Waldorf) or Graduation (Carnegie Hall). But I think I may check out a few of your options for graduation!!

My friend recently got engaged and while shopping for bridesmaids dresses I found a dress I love. It looks great on as long as you aren't too hippy... It's too formal for my husband's graduation, but I think might work for a more formal graduation. It is from David's Bridal so don't laugh...

I like that dress, chop it off at the knee and lose the bow in back and it could be a great LBD - but in jewel tones.
