Desperate for shoe help!

Help, I need help. If I am wearing a sheath type dress or skirt and top under a lab coat, I don't know what kind of shoe to wear. It has to be closed toe, and a low heel. I can't wear flats or too high of a heel. This is for making rounds in the hospital or seeing patients in the office. I have no idea what to even look at. I keep seeing cute open toes shoes but nothing for Spring with a closed toe. I need shoes in several colors!!!

What's your budget?

Have you considered a wedge? It might be more comfortable than a heel (I'm not a fan of thick short heels with a skirt/dress).

Oooh, lemme know how the Nine West pair fits! I've been thinking of getting those (in black and beige). They look so cute in the store, but the service at our Macy's is terrible, so I never bother to try them on.
