I also bought this: http://www1.macys.com/catalog/produc...ognc?ID=556708 for coverage inside in case the wedding I was going to was in a church. It wasn't.

I ended up not wearing those shoes for too long because it was hot and dusty and at a ranch and I didn't want them ruined. I brought a flat fancy shoe as back up in case I needed country shoes and not city shoes.

I freaking LOVE those shoes though- the picture does not do them justice. I'm making my husband take me someplace fab when he gets back.

Sadly, working at the methadone clinic (and the detox unit is on the grounds of the homeless shelter) limits ones options for clothing so any excuse to buy play clothes is all good! I have a ridiculous amount of clothes that I can't wear very often.
