    Yeah I'd throw a bit of sparkle in there. Silver, I'm thinking. If you wear a necklace I'd keep it fairly simple, like a pendant of some sort. I always like dangling earrings for dressy occasions but just about anything would go with that dress.

      Yes, def number 1 as it fits you the best. Red shoes won't hurt either but neither of your pashminas will work with them. Definitely wear jewelry.
