    Yeah, you have a much shorter stride and you land on the ball of your foot. FYI, stepping on worms is disgusting.

        Dh and I just finished reading "Born to Run" and plan to try barefoot running soon. He is going to wait for me to be able to run without my orthotic to try it.

          That's the book that made me finally try it. Unfortunately, Caballo Blanco died a few weeks ago. So sad.
