Hello Fashion Mavens,
My name is E and I'm TERRIBLE with shoes. Let me give you a visual, my closet holds 3 types of shoes:
Clearly, I need an intervention. I need some shoes for summer and would like to get them from Zappos since I have a gift cert or somewhere simple like Target - clearly you can see that I'm not in the high-end shoe market. I'd like to spend like $25-30/pair (is that laughable? - see, I don't even know how much shoes cost). I'm think fancy sandal flats and then maybe a versatile shoe for dressing up (so 2-3 pairs total). Think NEUTRALS because I WILL own this shoe for the next decade since I won't wear it that often. I can do a small heel but not like 5 inch heels because I have a baby and that's just compatible with really high heels for me.
I have no idea where to start or how to get a shoe that is neutral without being boring, frumpy, or out of style.
I'm a size 7. And....GO!

- Running Shoes (which I put hours of research into)
- Flip flops (multiple pairs which I wear to anything in the summer including semi-formal places - gasp, the HORROR!)
- 1 pair of brown work shoes, 2-3 pairs of various black work shoes all horribly boring and forgettable
