Shoe sites...Who knew? I didn't!

So...I recently purchased a pair of Danskos from Zappos...I just found them on 6pm.com for $16.00 less! What really irks me is that 6PM.com is a Zappos subsidiary and Zappos' name actually appears in the web address of the purchase confirmation page!!! So bottom line check 6.PM for shoes you find on Zappos...still free shipping& better prices!
Plus you automatically collect points based on your purchases that can accumulate towards savings coupons eventually!

Please savvier shoppers than I, post your links to sites that are truly worthy of offering great deals! I could kick myself for not searching the net better for the ones I bought!

Good to know! I usually check the Google Shopper app before I make big purchases. It lists prices on lots of different websites, often with estimated shipping. It doesn't always have the most current Amazon prices, but it's been accurate for all other websites I've checked.

I also do a quick check to see if the site is on ebates, and then I check retailmenot.com to see if there are any coupon codes available. I can be a bit obsessive, but it's saved/earned me a lot of money!

Zappos has given us free overnight shipping on my last two orders and their returns are super easy. I'll have to check out 6.PM, too.

Thanks for this!! I just got some Danskos for the hubby in their clearance for much cheaper!! He just had to compromise and get them in brown instead of black - but who cares!!

This is exactly what I do as well (ebates and retailmenot). I've saved quite a bit this way.

Danskos are great. I once lucked out and got a slightly-used pair on eBay for 30-something dollars! They were a little too scuffed to be work shoes, but they're my favorite weekend shoes.

6pm is also on Ebates. The only issue with them is that if an item was on sale today, it may not be tomorrow.

Just know if you're trying to replace an OLD pair of Danskos they're not the same - DH was trying to replace his work shoes that he'd had for like 8 years. The OLD Danskos were actually made by Sanita http://www.sanitaclogs.com/global/ and they now make them for themselves. DH says there is a big difference.

I buy almost all my clothes exclusively from 6pm.com and just ordered three outfits there today! I got DH and the boys' North Face jackets from there for half off in the summer. Kids Crocs also can be super cheap on there, though not right now. There are ups and downs. Pricing on the same item can sometimes flunctuate on the site. And don't forget to use ebates when you shop there. I've gotten $30 back just from 6pm.com.
