I am not as hip on using my coupons & earning Kohls cash, since they have changed everything. I used to really score by working the sales, the 30% off & using my Kohls cash the way I used to. I am wondering how many others like me are now "meh" about their sales, since the change?Comment

If you return an item from a purchase that generated Kohls Cash, you no longer get the full refund amount (not even as store credit). They reduce the amount by the Kohls Cash you are no longer entitled to. So say you bought $100 worth of merchandise that earned you $20 in Kohls Cash. If you return an item worth $20 from the original purchase, you get only $10 back. I understand why they did it (people were abusing the system), but they're punishing the rest of us in the process, and I don't think it's the best solution anyway.Cristina

Oh, they always gave me the option to either credit the full amount to my Kohl's charge card or give me the amount back in the form of a Kohl's store credit. That way they never lost out & you "kept" your Kohl's cash you earned. They no longer give you that option. I was always fine w/ a lesser cash back amount, if that's what I wanted, but I really appreciated being given the option to either credit the full amount of the return to my charge card or a store credit...it blows that they don't offer either of thoise options anymore.Comment
