I can't find the perfect black heels!

I ruined my favorite black heels (funeral on a rainy day). I am having the hardest time finding a new pair. Just a classic, black (prefer patent leather but that's not a must) heel that I can wear to church, to the theater/ballet/opera, etc. It needs to be decent quality but cost less than $100. And it has to be somewhat comfortable.

No wedge heels. At least 3" heel. Toe can't be too round or too pointy.

Help.

I almost always end up with Nine West for my basic black heels. Something like: http://www.zappos.com/nine-west-ambitious-black-patent ?
I often find them at Marshalls or TJ Maxx... I usually get both a pointy and a round toe pair -- never really in between -- so I can choose depending on outfit, season, etc.

Love the Vince Camuto pair! I need them this weekend so I'll head to the mall tomorrow and see if I can find them. I think the Macy's in Frisco carries that brand.
