Thanks gang, I think I'll just wear the black and find a red wrap. I'm really trying not to spend any more money plus at this point it would have to be off the rack b/c I don't have time to have it altered and very few off the rack dresses hit me right in length whether they are long or short.

Anybody have suggestions for a store where I could buy a nice red wrap?

      Another Black Tie

I usually buy wraps at nordstrom these days. I think the last one i bought was pretty inexpensive. I miss living in NYC and being able to run outside and buy a fake pashmina in a color I would rarely use for $10. That was great.

I'm sure you can find a much cheaper option elsewhere.

I was thinking along those same lines for dresses for her as well. The first dress I think would come closer to her knees than it is on the 5'9" model in the picture.

Aww, I was afraid of that. I wish I had suggestions for where to buy a nice wrap too but I don't know about that as well. The red earrings with the red wrap on the black dress with red heels might be nice! I hope you have a great time at the Valentine's Day Gala this year!

Do you have Charming Charlie? I'd look there for a wrap.

I was going to suggest Charming Charlie too...they sell pashminas cheap!

                Do you have red shoes?

JCPenney also sells pashminas at very reasonable prices. Pretty decent selection of colors, too. I don't think I've ever paid more than $10 for one there.

Finally getting out to buy accessories today, I have the red clutch and red earrings in the photo can I wear a red wrap with that or should I get a black clutch if I'm wearing a red wrap? TIA!

Well I couldn't find a red silk wrap, just a regular pashmina one which I'm afraid is to casual for a gala. I did get a really cute black clutch but if I have to wear my black wrap I'll probably carry my red clutch just like I did last time.
