Had to post this one since I stole this tights idea from Mrs. MD.
I love this dress (Express), and I love these tights (Uniqlo), and I don't think I really love them together. Need to play around with both of them more.Julia - legislative process lover and general government nerd, married to a PICU & Medical Ethics attending, raising a toddler son and expecting a baby daughter Oct '16.

Ok, so I think the issue with that dress plus tights is just that it's clingy. Which is totally predictable, right? But it has to be worn with tights or leggings - too short otherwise. Any good solutions? Just an itty bitty slip?
Here's the dress in a different color, for reference: http://www.express.com/clothing/gray...3044/cat310001Julia - legislative process lover and general government nerd, married to a PICU & Medical Ethics attending, raising a toddler son and expecting a baby daughter Oct '16.

UGH! Ladies luncheon at the CC on Friday, 11-12:30. I'm told it is dressy, like not black dress dressy but daytime dressy. I do not own any dressy day dresses - do you think red slacks and a grey sequiny sweater or an off white sweater set with pearl neck detail would be ok?Wife to NSG out of training, mom to 2, 10 & 8, and a beagle with wings.
