  • January Stitch Fixes

Apparently this has been sitting on my back porch since Tuesday. I thought it should be here by now based on when they shipped it, so I checked the tracking and read that they had put it back there, and since we almost never go back there, I hadn't seen it.

Anyway - here's my January fix. Definitely some misses, some maybes...

Fern Pintuck Detail Top $58.00 - Not crazy about the fit, and I have navy henley that's very similar.

Melandry Dotted Chevron Print Blouse $68.00 - I wanted to love this, but I wish it were longer, and the sleeves are a bit annoying.

Freida Corduroy $68.00 - These actually fit pretty well, though they're too long, but I only have brown boots, not black.
Fairmont Blouse $68.00 - Nothing special.

Alessio Asymmetrical Zip Jacket $88.00 - Uh, no. Just...no.

Do those jackets ever fit anyone??

I like the chevron top on you (but if you're not crazy about it)...

Pretty much it's between the chevron top and the black corduroys for keeping.

I think between the two, I'd keep the chevron top. I asked them to not send me any outerwear. Maybe that could prevent the jackets? (Can't really tell if that's an outerwear jacket or supposed to be like a blazer.)

It's supposed to be a blazer, I think. It's lightweight, just really weird fabric, kind of faux suede? But the shiny-ish kind? I don't even know what it is, other than bad.

I actually like the Fairmont blouse. But I'm a sucker for red.

I do like the fairmont, but I can only keep one, and I've got a lot of similar tops that cost a lot less.

I like the chevron but if you don't really love anything, is it ok to just lose the styling fee this month?

I like the chevron too. And no, that last style never looks good on anyone who doesn't walk a runway for a living! Cute in theory, but rarely is it well executed.

I could lose the styling fee, I guess. I'll probably skip next month's fix too. I'm kind of fixed out, I think. Not enough winners lately.

I actually like the pants over any of the shirts.

I do need some fashionable black pants. I'm just not sure how well I pull off skinny, especially since they're too long.

I like the pants the most, too. Can you just get them hemmed since they're too long?

I like the pants the most too. I think they are really flattering. Would be cheap to hem and you can wear without boots - or buy some black boots they're nice to have.

I am getting one in feb. And if I don't get my eating under control I am going to have to adjust me clothes sizes.
