  • Face cream - Need recommendations

So I really need a good daily face cream. I'm picky about having heavy lotions on my face and lazy about my skin care regimen so it has to contain SPF...I know that's a tall order. Can anyone recommend something? I have one I like (Nerium) because it's light but it doesn't have sunscreen and I'm way, way too lazy to do two creams in the AM, especially when one doesn't contain makeup.

    Must haves:
Good for sensitive skin/prone to breakouts
SPF 15 (minimum but ideally 30)
Can be used under make-up and is not heavy feeling/greasy
Affordable - I'm willing to spend more than something you can buy at CVS but something made out of the foreskin of fair trade baby seals or something isn't going to fly...
Married to a Urology Attending! (that is an understated exclamation point)
Mama to C (Jan 2012), D (Nov 2013), and R (April 2016). Consulting and homeschooling are my day jobs.

I currently use one by Image - I buy it from an esthetician friend locally, but you can get it on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Image-Daily-De.../dp/B005E92L4U

I also have used EltaMD (recommended by hubby when he did a derm rotation) and really liked it: http://www.amazon.com/EltaMD-Facial-...877595&sr=1-21

Aveeno is OK, but it didn't feel as nice going on (burned sometimes), and I switched away from chemical to physical SPF: http://www.aveeno.com/product/aveeno...rPicks&from=fn and http://www.aveeno.com/product/aveeno...rPicks&from=fn

I also like Clinique's, but again, I wanted the physical SPF: http://www.clinique.com/product/1687...pectrum-SPF-20

Price range/sensitive skin/all-in-one: Cera Ve's AM moisturizer with built in SPF30.
I can wear it under makeup and no greasy look or feel. No breakouts! The sunscreen doesn't irritate my skin either.

It only took 20 years to find something... 😄 I used to use Olay 7 in 1, but now it's too greasy for my skin and causes breakouts. I had to change my entire regimen during this last pregnancy.

Cera Ve facial cleanser or Mustela's Stelatopia as facial cleanser. Cera Ve AM moisturizer, and then their PM moisturizer. I still probably need an eye cream.

Very sensitive skin that's prone to adult acne over here and I use Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturizer, Simple gel moisturizer, and stuff Kris' sister made to order for me. Only things that don't break me out but the last two don't have SPF.

I love Mary Kay Timewise with sunscreen. I also use their day and night solutions underneath the moisturizer.
