Because of sensitive skin and high humidity, I am still experimenting with something I like, that gives results without hurting my skin (acne, burning, etc.)
Guess I should contact my derm again? I need to be checked over anyway.

Derm says TNS serum, if you can find a good price. Apparently, it's bananas money.
Anyone used it?

The two best lines that dermatology offices recommend are Skinmedica (the TNS serum) and their line as well as Obagi.
I just bought some TNS off Amazon. Probably fake. I’ll try it anyway. I can’t swallow the $$$$.
Anyway, I’ll probably sign up for a dermatology conference or two just for swag and to get the scoop.
