DH is having his interview today for the specialist position he's been hoping for since we came back to Australia. There are five people on the interview panel, so the pressure is on. (Yeah, I just knew it couldn't be as easy and straightforward as it seemed a couple of weeks ago!)

Anyway, it's on at 2:15 today (that's four and a half hours from now...) so if you happen to remember, please send international job-getting vibes his way!

Hopefully I'll have confirmation of good news soon....

Apparently the interview went reasonably well, and the panel told him they should have an answer by Friday. Aaaggh! Friday could be the end of much of our pain; the beginning of consultant-hood! (And the beginning of our recovery... )

Please don't uncross your fingers yet!
