Oh Sylvia- I am so happy you will have som erelief from onc for a while. I know night float will be tough, but there is the added bonus of having car access all day!

6 more months of clinical gyn-onc here before research year! What is that I see--- a light at the end of the tunnel? PLus Dh just got a call last night and will be interviewing at my dream location in April! Sister in same town, parents 1 hr 15 minutes away, and IL's 3 hours away. I am trying not to let my hopes get the best of me, but I am darn near floating this morning!
Rebecca, wife to handsome gyn-onc, and mom 4 awesome kiddos: 8,6,4, and 2.

Yeah! We hit the residency half-way mark in the 1st. John only has (don't stone me) 2 weekend calls left...ever. He will always have to take second or third call, but the kind where he actually has to drive in and do scut work...He said he is 80% done with first call. Senior year is second call. I am starting to see that teeny tiny light...
