Does anyone know more about home remedies? I am looking for something to relieve nausia and headaches. Not at the same time, just looking for something to help. Thanks!

Sucking on a piece of lemon helps me with nausia. Very strong coffee sometimes helps with headaches but not if they're migraines. Hope you feel better.

Nausea: lime popscicles, lime gum, lemonheads (the candy)

Headaches: caffiene as Vishenka suggested - but that would probably aggrevate the nausea.

      Hope you feel better.

For headaches, if they're mild (and not migraines), I drink coffee. Yup! Kneipp eucalytus or lavender bath oils help ease tension headaches.

For headaches I try to avoid the Advil, but I usually give in. What does work though, is a large glass of water followed by a coffee. A lot of headaches are caused by dehydration, hence the water before the coffee.

For naseau, I skip all home remedies and go straight for Emetrol. That stuff is awesome.
