              I've seen / heard that clip a few times on Dave Letterman's show.

              They do a Famous Presidential Speaches comedy segment a few times aweek. It always starts out w/ vintage clips of: " Ask not what your country can do for..." & " We have nothing to fear but fear itself"...then they cut to a current Bush clip of him totally flubbing up the simplest of phrases! DH & I love this segment!!
