I would LOVE to take my dog to work!!!!!!

I think as long as there are some ground rules it's a great idea.
        Kudos to them

Microsoft allows this in certain areas -- or at least they used to.

Gosh, if I could bring my dog to work, work out, do my laundry and eat gourmet food all for free, I would save so much money and probably be far more productive at work. You're right Flynn, I would never go home! It would be worth taking a cut in pay just for the amazing benefits.
And my dog would be so happy to be around other dogs and get attention from co-workers instead of being stuck inside all day.
Apparently if you have a baby, they give you a take-out food allowance during maternity leave!

My cousin works in t.v / production, and it's pretty common around L.A. (in the industry) for people to be allowed to bring their dog to work. She hated it b/c she wasn't a "dog person". Her current company also allowed folks to bring their babies to work, until the owners got irritated w/the noise (but they were dog lovers so barking / hair didn't cause them to disallow dogs).

If people are responsible and only bring well-trained, well-mannered pets to the office, that would be fine ... but you can't count on the general public to be that responsible (sadly).
