Stolen credit card receipts!!!

Wow...so after this great weekend, we just got back and had several messages on our machine from the local gym where our kids take gymnastics...we paid there last week with AMEX...Thursday, their safe was broken into, and all of their receipts were stolen..including our payment receipt with credit card number, expiration date, etc.......We've cancelled the card, but someone had it for the entire weekend without us knowing it!!! They are sending us a receipt to dispute charges....wow...this is so weird!!

We don't know...the guy said he'd just mail Thomas the receipts to look over and Thomas didn't think to ask exactly what/how much was spent At least we won't be held responsible, which is definately a PLUS! I feel sorry for the gym...they had quite a bit stolen

Well, we got the statement yesterday evening......nothing was purchased on our card......phhheeew! What a relief not to have to go through any bs with the credit card company!!!
