I think the new system lets users hit a blue box in the corner of a post to alert a forum moderator about an objectionable post. Moderators (unassigned now) and administrators can give yellow card (warnings) to a poster. They can also give a red card (one day ban from site?) and use a green card to erase everything. I think that after a number of warnings you get a one day ban automatically.
Something like that.
It is part of a new package that was mostly inspired by the need to shut out all the porn peddlers.
We're tired of patrolling all the spam posts. The new warning systems are just new features that the package offers.

Oh....and the warnings you see now on some posters are just us playing around with the settings. The really did volunteer to get the scarlet "W" on them. I swear.
