Roller Skatin'

Last night, the kids had a school-sponsored skating party at a local skating rink....and I have to say that it was such a BLAST. I took Alex with, so I couldn't skate...but Andrew and Amanda had SUCH fun!!! They'd never skated before and they were out there for two whole hours....they played 80's and 90's music the whole time and even though I couldn't get out there, I had such a good time...



They have family skate days on Sundays 1-5 and we've decided to start going...Thomas has NEVER skated before This will be hysterical!!



I used to LOVE roller skating when I was younger...this is going to be a blast!

You guys do something fun like every weekend!! Yeah for you!! I'm so happy that you all had a great time! Tell Thomas to wear knee pads!

It will be fun for me to watch him have a go at it!!! hehehehe But he is looking forward to going...he is really loosening up more and more since he has been out of training...Every week I am noticing a change in him and his desire/willingness to be involved in my life and in the kid's lives!!! Would you believe that he BATHED the kids AND PUT THEM TO BED EVERY NIGHT THIS WEEK He said "you have done it by yourself so long...and you are burned out...let me help you" He has actually put them to bed more this week than in our 7 years of having children!!!!!! I'm really glad that he is becoming so involved !!!
