Tell them you will cancel the auction, then relist it as a "but it now" for them at the requested price. That way you are still working within ebay. I have done that once or twice in the past.

ITA! I wouldn't pull it completely off of eBay - too risky, IMO.

I would do the same. However, have you seen what similar items have sold for? How many more days left on the auctions?

I'm not completely sure, but aren't bidders separate from watchers? So if you have two bidders, and two watchers, then you have 4 interested parties?

Watchers can be both. I wouldn't pull it off- I'd add the Buy it Now feature as discussed and if they want whatever it is they can have it ASAP. But then again, I don't think you can modify your listing once it has a bid.

Screw 'em. If they want it that bad, they can do it the right way.

To me this is the red flag. Smells "scamish" to me. I agree with the others.
