  • What is on your nightstand?

Yes...I'm bored...I finally have some downtime and boohoo...no one is online!!!!!

    So..I'll start.

I have the book: Applique the Basics and Beyond

along with a lamp, alarm clock and 2 cases of premixed single servings of formula (with a bottle) for Zoe. (I'm so lazy in the middle of the night and since I can't breastfeed....this beats getting up and making a bottle!)

    I'm here Kris, do I count? :P

Ummm, on our nightstand (other than copious amounts of dust) I have a corkscrew (serioulsy, don't know when or how it got there!) cream, 1 tinsy baby sock?, Kamasutra honey dust (sadly, it's unopened) my bite/retainer thingy and ear plugs (DH has developed the WORST snoring habit I have ever heard since the 3 month countdown to baords began)
There you have it, down and dirty....literally!

I have a gorgeous antique looking gold lamp, my cd alarm clock, Lubriderm extra dry skin lotion, chapstick, a hairband, a book of crossword puzzles and a pencil, and a photo I took of a Grecian seascape in an awwwesome carved wood frame.

Well, we just have one nightstand, and it's on DH's side of the bed. So I don't really use it. But the only thing on there is a framed wedding photo and two candle holders.

Oh yeah, and some dust. But not that Kamasutra kind.

The lamp that sat on my dad's desk for 800 bajillion years, my kundalini yoga books and cds, several books in the To Be Read pile, a few magazines and the TV remote. The alarm clock is across the room on my dresser.

We don't have any night stands due to limited space but I think my dresser is sort of a night stand so I'll use that. I have a lamp, two framed pictures that need to be hung (one of three photos of me as a little kid and one of dh's family coat of arms), a plastic superman piggy bank full of pennies, dh's little portable radio, my cell phone and a wooden box of my jewelery.
Wife to Hand Surgeon just out of training, mom to two lovely kittys and little boy, O, born in Sept 08.

We don't have room for nightstands either. I have a windowsill, which holds alarm clock and foot/leg lotion. Sometimes a hairclip and earrings if I forget to take them off before bed, occasionally my cell and remote.

lamp, alarm clock, phone, pen, pencil, glasses, lotion, lip balm, Sudoku book.

On the floor by the bed.....several unread magazines (Gourmet and Bon Appetit) and some house plan books.

I dream of the day that I will trade my cheapo three legged round bedside table for one that is made of *real* wood and has a couple of drawers.
