Here's what I did: I signed up for the yahoo groups flylady site. You get a welcome letter that tells you how to start (and we're talking really small baby steps here). So far, so good! I'm on day two and my job is looking more and more manageable - I could just cry from gratitude (and that is NOT sarcasm). Anyway, just looking at the website kind of overwhelmed me, but the welcoming letter explains all and breaks it down into easily chewed chunks. Try it! I just started, myself!
