Mother's Day! WooHoo!

Wow...I have to admit that during all of the training years I never got a mother's day gift from my spouse/kids...it really was a day like any other...and guess what my husband bought me this year???? A brand new table and chairs set for the kitchen...he took me out to the store to just "look" and when I pointed to one that I really liked...he bought it!! And...he told me to stay home all day Friday because something special is also being delivered

REAL FURNITURE???? I'm jealous! Let us know how you like it. We have decided that once our kids are grown, we are getting new stuff--playdoh and marker free.

Yeah!!! It came this morning at 8am and I just love it...It is really a very simple style....a pine wood double pedestal table with 6 chairs. It is 6 foot long but it has two leaves that are actually stored within the table itself and can't be removed...and it expands to 8 feet!!!! I am really excited because when we have people over it will be easy to make space!
