    holy crap!

    We are having the BEST eletrical/thunderstorm right now. Do I get offline? NO. I fear not electicity. (and I hope the surge protectors are working)

    Oh, cool! I love thunderstorms. We get great ones here in Queensland too.

    I don't fear electricity because I have wireless and I use a laptop.

    I used to worry about the phoneline though - if it's dangerous to use a phone during a storm, then I gather it's not a great idea to plug it in to your computer either!

      We don't get them here very often ....
