  • This is the kind of junk mail we get

DH got a promotional postcard-type thing in the mail today from a medical equipment manufacturer. Here's what's on the front of the postcard:

"What penile implant offers you a 97.5% mechanical reliability rate?" and a picture of an inflatable penile prosthesis called ... wait for it ... the TITAN.

    Niiiiiice.

I can only imagine what our mail carrier must have thought as he dropped that baby into our mail box.

I've been thinking about this for the last little bit. My kids love getting the mail and going through it piece by piece. So glad I don't have to explain the Titan to them.

Ah urology ... the glamorous life. Sounds like some of their ads should come in brown paper wrapping!

Yea, DH gets those guys into his office regularly, (more so when we were in CA) His goal is to try to get them to be able to pee again in a somewhat normal manner.
Titan my ass. As Jenn said, "Ah, urology." It is glamorous.
