We were standing in the check-out line at a grocery store. He saw that kid, Sanjaya Malakar on one of the magazine covers and said: "HIS hair...? It's a boy? I thought HE was a SHE!! Isn't Sanjaya the female version of Sanjay?"

We don't watch American Idol, but even without watching the show, the contestants are EVERYWHERE on every news channel, magazine, etc!
