JUST GREAT!

I think my hot water heater just went out! Should be fun taking a shower in arctic water tomorrow morning. What's almost comical is that it's 100 degrees out and our air conditioner is working like poo! So I guess the shower will cool me off in the morning! UGH! I can't wait to not be poor anymore!

When I was in Hawaii for the vet rotation (1 mo), the place we stayed for a good part of the trip had no AC (great breeze but no AC). I took a lot of cold shower and it helped!!!

When DH came home from call last night, he checked the hot water heater. He just had to relight the pilot light and voila! Hot water again! No cold showers this morning. AC still works like poo but at least we've got warm water here!

Happy that it was something simple to fix. I hate cold showers!

There's something very reassuring about when DH comes home and fixes something. It's like he's part of the household...
