weirdness

last night, i went in my bedroom and turned on the light...the bulbs blew. no biggie, i turned on the bedside table light.

dd got up in the middle of the night asking for ice water. i got up, flipped on the hallway light...pop goes those light bulbs. um...weird.

this morning, the girls woke up, i turned their overhead light on in their bedroom...OMG! the same thing. all the bulbs blew.

is my house in need of an exorcism?

That does seem really odd - I would ask for an inspection too.

Sounds liek there is a surge issue going on...by all means call the electrician now & just give the bill to the landlord!!!

It always seems to happen that way. Right now I have batteries dying every other day on different smoke detectors. Beep, beep, beep. I especially love it when it happens in the middle of the night. So fun. I'm sure light bulbs are next.
