    I'll be back ...

    in a week!! We're off to Hawaii early tomorrow morning, I've been so frazzled and frantically trying to pack for all of us. I hope we can get out the door and make it to the airport on time.

    Anyway, wish us luck with our busy toddler on the plane - it'll be his first plane trip ever! See you in a week!

    Have a great trip!!!
    Are you flying nonstop from Chicago?
    If so, bring lots of food. They feed you one snack, and after that, nothing.

                        Nope, not crazy ... different trip. (That one's coming up in 2 weeks, though ... woohoo!!)

                        We're back, and exhausted. A redeye flight from Hawaii with a toddler is HARD! For the most part DS did great, he was such a little trooper and adapted so well to his new surroundings and lack of routine. DH and I were able to get out a couple of times w/o Jack, my parents were along on the vacation and spent some grandparent-time w/ him which was WONDERFUL. We saw volcanoes, played at the beach, went to a luau ... all in all it was great fun.

                        Now it's back to reality ... sigh ...

                        I missed you all, now I'm off to catch up!
