DS took a monster nap yesterday and I tried to wake him up to avoid...him (today) getting up at 6:30 real time, 5:30 roll back time. I was moderately sucessful. He stayed up later than usual...it still didn't fix this problem. Ug.

It didn't help that he had to poop. I'm up watching the Wiggles.

Haha- we are up watching the Wiggles as well...tried to keep DD up later last night, but it didn't work. :babygirl: Hopefully all of our kiddos will adjust quickly...this is going to screw up nap time I'm afraid.

Lately I put DS into his room for quiet time and he falls asleep on the floor. He's supposed to play for 40 minutes or so...and it's worked until now. Maybe he's growing or something. He hasn't taken naps for 6 months or so.

No naps for us today. No way. I'm already looking forward to bedtime being at 7:15!!!

We don't change clocks until Sunday - Monday. I want that extra hour on a weekday. :guilty:

Every season I worry about "springing forward" or "falling back" and the effect it will have on DS's wake/sleep schedule, and ... nothing ever happens. Last night I put him to bed at the usual time (around 7:30pm) and was prepared for him to wake up this morning at 5:30am (6:30am pre-daylight savings) and he ended up sleeping until after 7:00am ... his normal wake-up time! I guess he needed that extra hour of sleep!

Thanks, but no. If I were to set my clocks back I'd run into some big problems. :P

You should have seen my friend and I try to figure out what time we needed to get up for her 6:30 flight this morning. Arizona doesn't change and even though this is my third change it bends my mind.
