As far as looking for new houses--try erealty.com or other realtors on the web. That is how we found our house. You can list dates, prices, etc. When the time comes you compile a list of the houses you want to see and a realtor will take you around. It saved us a lot of time and energy and gave us the opportunity to look at a variety of areas before we knew for sure where we wanted to live.
