  • Trader Jojos question

I *think* I bought what you all have been raving about.

Are they like oreos? They had some with chocolate filling too, but I bought the plain ones. I haven't tried them yet, but I don't see anything on the box about them being peppermint flavor.

Yup, like oreos. They have different flavors (I've heard there are peanut butter jojos?). I've only had the candy cane ones, and I think they're a seasonal Christmas item. They're not just mint flavored, they actually have crushed up candy canes mixed into the cream center part. Seriously dangerous tastiness.

JoJos with vanilla filling and chocolate cookies are just like oreos, but better. Well worth it.

Around Christmas time, they have ones with peppermint filling. You're not going to find them, now. They're really obvious, red striped boxes and everything. You'd know if you had them.

Frankly, I thought the peppermint ones were good, but I couldn't eat more than a couple at a time, the peppermint was a little overpowering to me.

The plain ones, I could probably go through half a box at a sitting.

I haven't opened the box yet. I'll save them for tv tonight - I'm not a fan of sweets, so there's no big hurry. I'm curious though!

I have tried these and they're terrible. Sorry.

Far too sweet - the insides are so gooey and the cookie part is not crunchy at all. They taste stale.
