    How do I break up with a real estate agent?

    The agent we liked and wanted has finally come through and now we have to break up with the terrible one we've been using for the past few weeks. She's really bad and we need to break up. But how? PA doesn't have contracts.

    Please help.

        Great advice. I'm sure this happens all the time and she'll take this in stride.

                She doesn't completely suck but she's a ditz and we need someone with strong opinions and hand-holding skills. We have no idea what we're doing and she's not helping. She might be a good agent for someone who has done it before but not for us.
