Gift Ideas - Wednesday Deadline

Hi all,

I need some help. DH really likes the resident that he worked with on his current medicine rotation and will see him for the last time on Wednesday. He mentioned getting a gift ie. I will get a gift but I am not sure what to get. Any ideas for basic gifts less than $100. I am trying to get some more info about him from DH but he is still doing rounds now.

Thanks Tara! I didn't even think of that and there is a Starbucks right across the street from the hospital.

uh .... . You're in NYC! There's probably a Starbucks right across the street from the hospital, and then one on either side of the hospital!

Sorry - not helpful. I just cracked up when I saw two Starbucks across the street from one another ...

You would think....we just got the 1st Starbucks in our neighborhood 3 months ago....Washington Heights is a little different than the rest of Manhattan...now if you want Mofongo....I can get that anywhere And yes it is the dumbest thing that there are 10 starbucks in a 4 block radius in the city...your coffee/tea doesn't even cool off by the time you walk by another one!
