    If it happens again, tell your URO DH to tell the nurse:

    "Hey, don't worry about it. At least it wasn't a foley cath, right?"

      She must be a new grad. Not bc she missed, that happens all the time, but bc she got so flustered. You get a thick skin fairly quickly after all the other BS there is to put up with. Poor girl.

        OMG! I can't believe she got so upset! I also say she must have been new. BTW How's your hubby doing now other than being in tons of pain??

              Isn't that the way it goes? DH had day surgery a few years back and went back to work after it was over instead of coming home to ice it, etc. He didn't want to take his pain meds, but was terribly uncomfortable. DUH!

              It is a little odd about the nurse...she must have been having a lousy day or something. :huh:

              I'm glad to hear that your dh is on the mend!
