    Is it wrong...

    to have a Halloween party on November 1st?

    So Halloween is on a Friday this year, we want to throw a party but when we did it a few years ago 7 was to late for those friends with kids so we want to start at 6 but then I know we'll be missing most of the friends that are residents.

    So would you go to a Halloween party on November 1st?
    Wife to NSG out of training, mom to 2, 10 & 8, and a beagle with wings.

    I think that is perfectly fine...I would rather go to a Halloween party on a Sat. over Friday.

      I think the 1st would definitely be better. It's only one day and it's an excuse to wear the costume again.

        We are all ticked off at our friends who are having a party on the 31st. DD actually kind of gets trick-or-treating this year, and I'm not cutting out early on that to get ready to go to a party myself. So, we're skipping the Halloween party for us. I so wish it was on the 1st.

          Thanks guys - it just works better for us so I'm glad people will think that is ok.

            I would totally go for the 1st...we had the same debate here for ours and since we are the only ones who have kids and everyone else want to go out after we went with the 31st....I was bummed
