    Just wanted to wish you: HAPPY FIRST MONDAY!!

    So far, the Supremes' docket looks a little dull...but, hey, maybe we'll have another hanging chads/count the ballots controversy this term!

    Happy First Monday to you! I agree, nothing looks too exciting ... but I am interested in a few cases mentioned here. I just cross my fingers that the Roberts court will not erode any more civil rights.
