  • Website for puzzles or board games

I'm looking for some puzzles or a board game for Christmas gifts. Any suggestions of where to shop?

They offer a 2009 annual game review, always a fabulous resource.

I looove Games magazine. Yup, I embrace my inner nerd. The Games Magazine book for kids would be fabu for Brynn.

One of my favorite party games is Apples to Apples. It is great!

        Perfect -- thanks, Kelly!
Yay! Thank you for that reminder. DD1 loves that game (junior version) but we don't have it. I'll see if I can order that for her.

I'm almost done shopping! Thanks to Dora, a gingerbread kit, and the internet, I should have everything in time. We might get freezing rain this afternoon and that ups the chances for losing power -- I'm caught up on laundry, bathed all kids, washed and dried my hair, and just need to make some soup. :brrr:

Amazon has a good collection of games. They have a ton of German ones (they make some good games over there!) This is one of my all-time favorites. I think Bryn would have fun with it:
