Come to my rescue PLEASE! I've been getting calls on my cell from a computer. It calls and when I answer it just beeps (so I assume it thinks it's trying to call a computer). If I let it go to voicemail I get messages of beeping. I've tried googling the number (it's 320 - from MN - probably Sartell ) and can't figure out what company it belongs to. I called my provider to block the number, and was told I can't, but that they'd change my privacy settings and that would fix it. I've gotten 10 calls since then (yesterday afternoon). I need to call them back, but figured I'd ask here as well.

    TIA!

No advice, just understanding. My DH gets collection calls for a "Diane Gordon" at least once a day from an automated system. He has tried just about everything to no avail. If you figure something out, please let us know!

Do you think it is a fax?

I have had that happen and it is so annoying. Whenever I see UPS come up on my caller ID I just don't answer but it doesn't happen 10 times/day. I was getting one a lot from a tv station in Chicago. I think the name of the place came up on caller ID and somehow tracked down the number and called them (might have been a tad obsessive about that one). With a land line, I think you can report a number as a nuisance and they will block it, too bad the cell phone people won't do the same. I can't remember the *number to block someone's phone number. I'll see if I can find it (like *69 to call someone back).

No help here...but I feel your pain. I have been having this issue with my work cell phone and neither ATT nor my IT/Comm dept could stop the multiple junk text messages and calls I was receiving. So, I finally had to give up the number and have a new one as of today.
Finally - we are finished with training! Hello real world!!

I would say, if at all possible, change your number. We had this happen when we were in Minnesota on our land-line, and would get faxes in the middle of the night. It only stopped when we moved three years later (to Ohio, thus changing numbers).
