I don't imagine it's hard to get that kind of info. The guy would have had to go through all sorts of testing, and it was probably either leaked or released as part of his personnel history with USAir. It's not often the airlines get to have this kind of success story -- they're almost exclusively in the news related to tragedy or sheer f-ups.
