  • skype?

DH is out of the country and I purchased some skype credits to call him from my laptop to his hotel room. I cant get past the front desk person bc the connection is so atrocious that we cant understand each other at all. I have already used up a few dollars just calling and saying desperately ROOM 703 PLEASE ROOM 703. I am not using a headset, but then I never do when we use skype to another computer. Is it me? Is there something else I could do to make the connection better? This is REALLY annoying.

SKYPE SUCKS. Every time I try to call my MS2 in Grenada or he calls me from it we have a choice, audio without video or video without audio. It NEVER works properly. I don't really know if there is a way to fix it. We tried everything. I know it's so frustrating. I'm sorry your conversatin was ruined :banghead:

Skype is frustrating!! I've tried it before for conversations abroad and hit or miss.
