    Re: Post your board problems

Where is the access to *my account* and all that information? I can't even see where it is-- is it on the main page somewhere? I always edited my profile, etc. thru the board index page??

I'm sure this is a really stupid question-- I'm not computer literate at all...

      Re: Post your board problems

At the very top of the page (near the graphics) there is a list for "profile, messages",etc....

You can edit your profile there.

        Re: Post your board problems

I used to get an audible cue, as well as see the: "you have1 new message waiting," when I would sign on or when one would arrive in my messages box. Is that no longer happening?
I have sent out a few PMs to folks that are on but either(to busy) or they don't want to read them...maybe they aren't aware that they have them!??

I've noticed this as well pinkpickles. I think maybe the default settings are different from what we expect. We may have to go back in to profiles and select "notify me when I get a message". I've been missing messages too!

This may be a template issue too. If I can't fix it, I'll switch the template.

Nevermind my post about the PM's in the other thread. I didn't read this first. I'm just glad to know it's not just me who's missing messages.

My bad. That was MrsC, not MrsK. You confused me with your sneaky name.....

                    Should be all better now.

Sylvia, are you using the proglass (or prosilver) or the retro? If you are using the retro, try changing to prosilver in your profile and then do the avatar again.
